Our facility in Georgia, Vermont, has a host of Print Technologies well-suited for your specialty printing needs.  We offer 12-color, multi-web UV rotary Letterpress, up to 8-color water-based Flexographic, UV offset sheet-fed, and HP Digital sheet-fed.
Our 12-color UV Letterpress machines are perfect for mid-to-long run volume promotional print; such as Phone Cards, Game Pieces, Static-Cling, and Two-ply Direct Mail Cards (IdeaGrams®).
When it comes to Plastic Cards, Bertek can effectively handle both short-run and long-run opportunities. Custom Labels are no stranger to Bertek. We produce unique Label/Form combinations such as BareBack®, Twin-Web, and Pattern-Coated Label/Forms in mid-to-long production runs.  We have also recently added a narrow-web 8-color Flexo Press for short-run, roll-to-roll, and roll-to sheet Label applications.
