The booklet label is relatively simple in construction - a pressure sensitive or tag stock base ply with a top ply that has been folded once or twice, then pasted and sealed to the base ply along two edges. Everything is done in a single in-line pass, including printing, varnishing, folding, gluing, die-cutting and rewinding. Booklets of 3,5,7 or 9 printable panels can be die-cut into complex shapes.

The Bertek Systems' Booklet Label can be applied automatically at high speeds on most conventional labeling equipment. Non-Pressure Sensitive booklet constructions can be designed for automated insertion as mail components. Construction variations are available upon request.
