Bertek Systems has developed and perfected some proprietary processes that enable us to produce phone cards entirely in-line.

Whereas the traditional manufacturer will:

Print cards in sheets
Cut and trim the cards off-line.
Image pin #'s and bar-codes off-line

And finally, Apply a scratch-off label off-line.

Bertek Systems takes blank roll stock on the front end of the press and packages finished cards at the end of the press. The benefit to you and your customer is no risk of pre-printed base stock, shorter lead times, tighter security, and lower cost.
