GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Standard Size Plastic Card is 3-3/8' x 2-1/8".
• Maximum printable area, indicated by dashed line is 3-1/4 x 2". This allows for slight variation in die-cutting and to be sure no copy is chopped.
• Bleed should be 1/16th all around die-cut size equal to 3-1/2" x 2-1/4", indicated by a dot-dash line.
• Odd-sized plastic cards will allows for 1/16th bleed all around.
• Crop marks should be on the BLEED size, not to interfere with live area.
• Line screens on plastic cards is 200 line unless a specific screen is indicated.

ARTWORK

ELECTRONIC ART SHOULD BE PROVIDED WHENEVER POSSIBLE. THIS WILL ALLOW YOUR JOB TO PROCEED QUICKLY AND WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY POSSIBLE. IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE ELECTRONIC ART THEN SEE BELOW.

• Art should be Black and White, clean and maximum density.
• All color, when separated, MUST have common register marks between colors.
• ANY LASER ART SUPPLIED WILL BE PRINTED AS IS, WITH NO RETOUCHING UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER.
