Cut Sheet Laser Labels

Bertek produces all kinds of cut sheet laser label applications using label stocks that range from paper to films. Laser labels are usually 8-1/2" x 11" or 8-1/2" x 14" in size and are die-cut in a wide range of functional configurations. Usages include: tote-case distributions for shipping and receiving commonly used in retail stores and chains; drum labels; retail point of purchase shelf labels; receiving, picking and inventory control labels for warehouse operations; and asset management barcoded labels.

Continuous Fan-folded Laser & Impact Printed Labels

Fanfold labels are also referred to as continuous labels; sprocket feed labels; tractor-feed labels and pin feed labels. They are often used with dot-matrix printers but they are commonly used with line-printers or high-speed, continuous form laser printers. We use materials specifically designed for the type of computer printer being used – whether it be laser or impact. Our suppliers of label stock have any type of facestock and adhesive to meet your application’s needs. No matter what printer, we can manufacture a label that will work for you.

Label/Form Combinations

Bertek can combine labels and forms together to create a single document for enhanced productivity that process flawlessly through laser, impact or thermal printers. Using a form and label combination will save you processing time and eliminate matching errors between labels and form. We offer several types of label/form solutions – integrated, BareBack (label affixed direct to form over a silicone coated patch), Twin-Web (dual web construction of label stock and paper), in-line pattern coated label/forms, and blow-on (affixed) piggyback labels. Which one is right for you is dependent on the application, usage, computer printer and material specification.
